StubHub is not good at communicating at all. Direct message through their community page is usually the "quickest" option but even that isn't exactly speedy. Just make sure they keep at it because they are entitled to a refund. StubHub may argue that the tickets were scanned and used, but if they explain the situation it should still be covered.
