Nov 7, 2020 · Hello, I just replaced the spark plugs on my 2017 Highlander XLE AWD a couple of days ago. It took about two hours. Didn't remove anything other than the top engine cover and the cover by the fire wall with the plastic nuts holding them on. (no need to remove the intake manifold).
