Mar 14, 2022 · The loose spring in picture 4 is what used to be the throttle spring. You will need to find out if it still has the governor or not then go from there with the linkage. At the very least you will need a new throttle spring that is visible in the picture. If you notice the spring is connected where yours has a bolt.
