Ludwig's Holy Blade has some of the best scaling in the game, and potentially the highest AR. To compare it would be like a Dark Souls Ultra Greatsword having more AR with 20 strength than a dagger with 50 dex. Also Ludwig's scales almost the same with Skill and Strength, so it benefits from both.I think if your looking to main that weapon I'd go for something like 50/20/25/50/6/7. For the HMS I'd recommend a build that is higher leveled. I'd probably go up to 150 even and have 50 strength, 25 skill, and 50 arcane. That allows you to use it in both forms and makes decent use of the damaging arcane tools.
